What the work includes
Documents and transactions
We check source documents, record the agreed transactions and reconcile bank activity and counterparties.
Tax and reporting
We identify the required reports, prepare calculations and support filing, retaining submission confirmations.
Monthly close
We review balances, highlight missing documents and identify questions to resolve before the next period.
Working communication
We explain calculations and discuss transactions that could change the scope or cost of service in advance.
What you receive
Books for the agreed period, liability calculations, confirmations of submitted reports and a list of outstanding questions.

What the starting price covers
The entry fee covers an IP with no employees, VAT or cross-border transactions, with up to 20 source documents a month. TOO entities and more complex operations are quoted separately.
Before we talk
Can we switch during the year?
Yes. We first review the database, reports and balances, then agree the handover and responsibility boundary. Recovery of earlier periods is priced separately.
Do we need to visit an office?
No. Documents and day-to-day questions can be handled remotely from anywhere in Kazakhstan. We agree the exchange method and access arrangements during onboarding.
