We compare the database, bank statements, source documents and earlier reports to define the recovery boundary.
Gather missing records
We prepare document requests and a gap register, agreeing how the information will be obtained.
Rebuild transactions
We enter and correct the agreed transactions, reconciling balances and settlements.
Hand over the result
We prepare a change summary, unresolved issues and data needed for any reporting corrections.

The restored agreed part of the books, a list of changes and a clear status for remaining issues.

What the starting price covers
The starting fee is for one historical month with up to 30 documents and available bank statements. The final scope depends on completeness; reporting corrections and complex transactions are priced separately.

What if some records are lost?
We first identify which documents can be requested again. Missing supporting evidence remains explicitly recorded in the work plan and the result.
Can you restore just one part?
Yes, for example counterparty balances or a particular period. We agree the boundary so the result can be checked and handed over.
